Emergency services were called to a car incident on Buxton Road at 12:25 p.m. on Wednesday.
An 80-year-old woman was rescued after her car flipped over and crashed through a fence in Herne Hill.
The silver sedan ended up on its side on the nature strip of a home.
Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) from Station 63 used the jaws of life to assist in rescuing the woman.
Paramedics treated her at the scene before she was taken to Geelong Hospital with minor injuries.
She is now in stable condition.
