Emergency services were called to an accident at the corner of Ryrie Street and Garden Street in Geelong just after 6:10 pm.
Upon arrival, crews found a bus that had lost control, colliding with a power pole, a light pole, and a tree.
Two people have been taken to Geelong Hospital, though the extent of their injuries remains unclear.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
