Emergency services responded to a car accident that occurred on Vines Rd in Hamlyn Heights at 9:12pm.
Upon arrival at the scene, responders discovered a Nissan Navara that had apparently lost control and collided with a parked Mazda 3 on the street.
Subsequently, the Nissan Navara crashed through a brick fence and another fence before coming to a complete stop on the front lawn.
One individual was transported to Geelong Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
The police have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances and causes behind this incident.
