Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a fatal crash in Shelford on Friday, 11 August.
It is alleged a four-wheel buggy overturned on private property on Shelford-Rokewood Road about 6pm.
The female passenger, who is yet to be formally identified, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The male rider is assisting police with their enquiries.
