Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) and police were called to reports of a shed fire on Bellarine Highway in Newcomb at 8:35 pm.
Upon reaching the scene, responding units discovered the shed, along with a trailer, at the rear of the house ablaze.
Firefighters effectively subdued the inferno within 5 minutes.
Fortunately, there were no casualties reported at the time of the incident.
Detectives are currently on-site, diligently investigating the cause of the fire.
