In a purr-fectly adorable turn of events, Fire Rescue Victoria Station 64 sprang into action for a unique rescue mission on Roslyn Rd in Belmont around 7:07 pm.
A tiny furball had decided to embark on a tree-climbing adventure but ended up needing a helping paw from the experts.
Firefighters quickly came to the rescue, scooping up the little adventurer just before the sun said its goodbyes.
