Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) and Ambulance Victoria (AV) received an emergency call at 2:30 pm regarding a road traffic incident in Hamlyn Heights.

Upon arrival at the scene, FRV crews discovered a motor-vehicle collision. Thankfully, there were no individuals trapped inside the vehicles.

Paramedics promptly assessed and provided treatment to a man in his twenties who had suspected upper body injuries.

He was subsequently transported to University Hospital Geelong, where he is reported to be in stable condition.

The police have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
