Police have arrested a woman in Corio on 6 July.
It’s alleged the woman, a 42-year-old from Bell Post Hill, was selling large quantities of cigarettes and vapes from a goods store on Kosciusko Avenue.
She was arrested at the store about 2pm on 6 July.
The Bell Post Hill woman has been released on bail and will appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
