Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a house fire in Corio on 14 September.
Emergency services were called to Vermont Avenue following reports of a house fire just before midday.
A 29-year-old resident of the property sustained life-threatening injuries and has been airlifted to a The Alfred hospital.
The area has been cordoned off, and a crime scene has been established.
The circumstances surrounding the fire are not being treated as suspicious.
