Police are seeking public help following a hit-and-run collision in Corio this morning.
A female pedestrian was reportedly hit by a car at the intersection of Plantation Road and Washington Street around 6:45 am.
She was airlifted to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The vehicle involved fled the scene heading east on Plantation Road.
Investigators are looking for a red Commodore with black rims and a black sunroof, which may be able to assist with their inquiries.
The investigation is ongoing.
