Emergency services responded to an incident in Geelong on May 16.
It is understood a silver Mercedes-Benz sedan ran off the road and collided with a kids’ playground on Richmond Court at about 9:13 pm.
The driver, a 42-year-old East Geelong man, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and is assisting police with their inquiries.
No one else was injured.
