Police and emergency services responded to reports of a house fire in Corio on Tuesday, 19 September.
The fire caused moderate damage to the premises when it caught alight about 1:00am.
There was no one inside the premises at the time.
A 24-year-old Corio woman was arrested at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.
